Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with Vibecore Ventures LLC. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

• It must be in the original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to deny returns on:

• Items returned after 14 days

• Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete

• Clearance or final sale items (non-returnable)

To start a return, please email lenar.g@vibecoreventures.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original method of payment

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return is rejected (e.g. item not in original condition), we may send it back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lenar.g@vibecoreventures.com

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

• We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards or digital downloads

• Customized or personalized items
