We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand (e.g., holidays, sales events).

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is 100% FREE on all domestic U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Delays or Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery expectations, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If this occurs, please check with your local post office or building management before contacting us.
